Payment Policy

Lesson Payments

All lessons are billed hourly, with rates starting from $50 per hour (as listed on the site).

Payments must be made in advance through secure payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or other methods available on the website).

The final rate may vary depending on the subject, the tutor's experience, and session length.

Lessons can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of up to 50% of the session cost.

If a tutor cancels a session, students will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds are issued only if a service was not delivered or if there was a technical issue caused by the platform or tutor.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method originally used.

We do not store credit card details on our servers.

All transactions are handled by certified payment providers in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
